Gernetic

A French, family-owned company located in the south-west of France within Chateau d'Ensoules, Gernetic (Laboratoires Gernetic Synthese, Labo. Gers.) was created by noted French biologist Dr. Albert Laporte in the 1960s following a period of burns research at Foche Hospital.
According to Gernetic literature, Foche Hospital continues to use the primarily developed products (Synchro and Cytobi) in a burns recovery setting.
Since 1978, Gernetic products have been available for the treatment and prevention of aging skin, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and acne as well as body, bust, hair, scalp and nail concerns.
Gernetic Cellular Extracts and The Move To Biotechnology
Historically, most Gernetic products have contained cellular extracts of diverse animal origin and have been made in small batches by expert technicians.
Although in the past many brands made use of animal extracts (perhaps most notably, La Prairie) — and some continue to do so — none matched Gernetic's insistently high level of application.
Post-1990, after the advent of cosmetic biotechnology, all Gernetic products were progressively reformulated to eliminate these ingredients.
Gernetic Therapy
Gernetic provides significantly elevated treatment in the areas of both superficial skin and deeper muscle firming, lifting, micro-circulation enhancement and hydration of dry and very dry-prone skin.
Formulas are primarily based on bioavailable peptides (amino acids), and secondarily on trace elements and relatively small amounts of vitamins.
Gernetic formulas are frequently revised to take advantage of advances in cellular biology and biotechnology.
Most products are universally suited to application to all areas of the face and body, including the lips, nipples and around the eyes.
Gernetic Les Parfaits for Peri/Post-Menopausal Skin, Lympho, Adipo/Gasta, Vasco/Artera and the breast firming treatments (Seino, Endo/Endo Special and Macro 2000) are among the brand's most interesting and freshly revised achievements.
Gernetic Premices skin care products, however, are not highly regarded.
Gernetic Precautions
Gernetic products have relatively poor stability and should be used shortly after manufacture and always within months of opening.
Facial products in particular should generally not be used within 4 months of topical steroids — the incidence of severe reactions is high.
Mild to severe and ongoing skin reactions are also common in individuals taking medications, in poor health or with poor diets — a persistent reality which has probably prevented Gernetic from becoming popular, particularly in a chronically medicated and obese US.
Gernetic should only be used in accordance with the Gernetic France Age Management Guide.
Gernetic Astrali and Millerial Transfer products are not recommened.
Gernetic is not legitimately available in most countries outside of Europe, including the United States.
Gernetic Notes
We rarely employ Gernetic on its own, however overt and subclinical inflammatory reactions between this brand and others is a known hazard.
Individuals with shine-prone and oily skin are frequently dissatisfied outside of ongoing professional attention.
Aspects of the Gernetic France Age Management Guide pertain to advanced Skinceuticals and Jan Marini usage.
