Underneath Skinceuticals Renew Overnight for Normal to Dry Skin or Skinceuticals Renew Overnight for Normal to Oily Skin. The best method of applying Skinceuticals Intense Line Defense in the treatment of deeper wrinkles is to hold the dropper just above the area of application. Allow the gel to drop directly onto deep wrinkles, controlling excess flow by placing a finger just underneath each deep wrinkle. A thick layer should be applied — the thicker the application, the more prolonged the activity of the alpha hydroxy acids will be.
